FAQS & OUR PRODUCT LEAD TIMES

At Tiny Bison *almost* everything (with the exception of a few of our prints) is made by hand and to order and so we do requite a lead time of 2-3 weeks for an order to be processed (excluding delivery time). 

Please note: even when a product is "in stock", like the prints, there will still be a lead time as we print to each order and this also allows time for any customisation.

You must attach the required photograph/s when ordering your custom portraits, if there is any issue with the images provided we will contact you via the email given at checkout. We work from your photographs to create realistic, and highly detailed portraits and so please ensure the photographs provided are of good quality and clarity.

We will always complete a first look and send this toyou for consultation of any edits before we print and post the item to you. 

 

DO YOU INCLUDE FRAMES?

We do not include any frames with our portraits or prints. 

 

WHATS INCLUDED?

All of our acetate portraits also come with a 300GSM acid free, white card backing.

All of our card products are printed on this same card stock. 

Please check item descriptions for details - you can always request a printing finish (acetate or direct to card) when ordering.
