Refund policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products we always endeavour to capture the most personal and detailed aspects of your family and friends in order to create your goods. Please read carefully through item descriptions and view product photographs to ensure a full understanding of the item you are purchasing. Once ordered we work closely with you as customers to then ensure the highest level of satisfaction with your custom artwork.
We hope very much you love your items once they arrive, however if you are not happy we encourage you to contact us within 7 days so we can offer either a refund or, exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
